We are pleased to announce two new additions to the Habasit Saniclip portfolio.  

• M5010 Saniclip accessory for our M5010 line of flat belts
• IS615-R Saniclip accessory for our IS615-R radius belt

Without the Saniclip, line operators typically remove a modular belt by striking a rod out using a hammer and screwdriver/awl. This damages the rod and, in unskilled hands, could also damage the belt modules. This increases costs and downtime.

The Saniclip removes this risk by making belt removal completely tool-less. Operators can remove and reinstall the plug/lever and rod in seconds without tools or special training. This reduces downtime and eliminates the risk of damage, which also minimizes foreign material risk.
