Habasit is excited to introduce the FNB-12EVCQ-P1, the newest addition to our Premium TPU belt line.

We developed the belt alongside a valued client looking for a solution similar to one of our standard TPU belts, but with enhanced performance. The goal was to create a belt that could be used across their multiple food-processing lines, where high-temperature and hydrolysis resistance are essential.

After development, the belt was tested and approved for use by our client on their conveyor lines, delivering solid performance under real production conditions.

Now, the FNB-12EVCQ-P1 is available to any processor looking for a reliable belt with improved temperature and hydrolysis resistance.

The belt is double-sided with a layer of Premium TPU on the conveying and pulley sides.

It’s well-suited for demanding food applications, including pet food, fruit, poultry, red meat, and vegetable processing.

The belt is FDA- and EU-compliant and USDA-certified.
