Marubeni Corporation is pleased to announce a new North American combined company and executive team. 

The new company will provide oversite of Marubeni’s conveyor belting supply and service assets in the US and Canada by merging Belterra Corp and All-State Belting Co.   The combined assets will serve as a foundation for further growth and expansion.

This new organization will be well-positioned to provide exceptional customer service due to:

• A larger geographic footprint,
• Company wide pooling of valuable experience and,
• Sharing of assets

to deliver best-in-class services continent-wide.  

We’re looking forward to working with our key supply-chain business partners to compete aggressively and grow our combined business in North America.

Effective immediately, Janice Stasiuk, who is the current President and CEO of Belterra Corporation, will be promoted to the role of CEO for the new N. American combined company. Janice will provide oversite of our growth strategy in North America and leverage strengths between the US and Canadian operations.

Also effective immediately (unless otherwise noted), the following individuals will join the new companies executive team:

• Sergio Restagno:  promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Belterra Corporation, with oversite of our Canadian operations.
• Kevin Gaer:  promoted to Chief Operating Officer of All-State Belting officially on Oct 1, 2022. Kevin will have oversite of our US operations.
• Ivo Beljo: Vice President of Business Development- Canada.
• Doug Berner: VP Sales & Marketing in the US.
• Cody Bissett CFO North American operations
• Yuhei Iwata: VP Marubeni
• Zen Sato: VP Marubeni
• Akira Hata: COO All-State Belting
