Buffalo, NY based INO USA INC, is happy to announce the recent 13,000 SQF expansion at their facility located at 220 John Glenn Drive, Buffalo, NY 14228. This expansion serves many purposes, including an increased capability for stocking lightweight belts. The previous footprint allowed for 88 slabs to be stored, the expansion adds 112 slabs, which means the company will now be able to store 200 slabs of lightweight belting. There is also space to add hundreds of smaller logistics rolls and timing belt rolls.

The new space and equipment have also expanded the company’s capabilities for lightweight belting fabrication, including expanded punching capabilities, sealed edge capabilities, and a dedicated area for cutting, splicing and lacing logistics belts.

Probably the most exciting part of the expansion is the opening of a full timing belt shop. INO USA now has slitting, automatic slitting, cutting fingers, vulcanizing, teeth counting, cleating, grinding, laminating, v-guiding, and a CNC center (for grinding and perforating in any shape and depth).

This investment of $500,000 between equipment, stock, and building upgrades allows INO USA to fully support all their current and future belting distributors. The company has seen rapid growth over the past four years of operation, and they look forward to very exciting times ahead with many more expansions to report.
