CANTON,OH – Everhard Products, Inc., a leading American manufacturer of quality hand tools and equipment for the belting and rubber industry, is pleased to announce the addition of HW Fairway Inc. to their corporate family.  This acquisition was made official on November 18, 2021.

Both Everhard and Fairway have manufactured quality laser alignment systems and line projectors for many years.  Absorbing HW Fairway will enable Everhard to expand their laser line alignment system product line.

Everhard Products, Inc. was founded in 1911 in Canton, OH. Originally manufacturing ball bearing hand tools for use in the production of rubber tires, Everhard has grown into offering specialty hand tools, knives, heaters, and calender shells/cores to the tire and rubber industries.
