The Grizzly Screw-Splice™ is an extremely strong and flexible rubber conveyor belt splicing/fastening system that screws directly on the conveyor belt, with great accuracy and precision.

The Grizzly Screw-Splice™ uses specifically designed self-drilling, self-tapping screws that preserve the conveyor belt integrity by drilling through the conveyor belt carcass rather than cutting holes and weakening the carcass. This splice is stronger than conventional metal fasteners, more wear-resistant and with a lower profile, and easier on all other conveyor components.

• Abrasion Resistant (AR) - standard highly abrasion-resistant rubber compound used in quarries, mining, recycling and other high impact and abrasion applications.
• Heat Resistant (HTR) - high temperature (340° F) resistant rubber compound used in cement plants, foundries, chemical processing, and other high-temperature applications.
• Moderate Oil Resistant (MOR) - is our oil-resistant rubber compound used in wood and lumber mills, pulp and paper processing.
