Transportation: Transportation to and from the facility will be provided. Attendees are required to use transportation to and from quarry site.

Required Safety Equipment: Safety equipment is required for the quarry visit. Please wear steel toed boots and bring safety glasses, hard hat, vest, and any other safety equipment. A limited number of safety equipment will be available on-site. NIBA strongly recommends that participants bring their own. Please contact the office with any questions.
Rubber Ron Scholarship: At the completion of this technical seminar, the instructors will select an attendee based on their perspective of the trainees, their involvement, and interaction during the trainings to receive the Rubber Ron Scholarship. The sponsor company will receive notification that their employee was awarded this scholarship, as well as a $500 award back to the company that sent the trainee.
Cancellation Policy: A $100 cancellation fee is in effect prior to October 21, 2025. After that date, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
