Viacore Solutions, a leading North American distributor and service provider of conveyor belts and components, today announced that Janice Stasiuk, President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors will be retiring March 31, 2024.

Ms. Stasiuk joined Belterra in 2012 as CFO, becoming President and CEO in April 2017. Ms. Stasiuk has led a period of sustained organic and acquisition growth and was instrumental in the merging and rebranding of Belterra and All-State Belting into Viacore Solutions in 2023.

Ms. Stasiuk commented “I have been honored to have led a team of extraordinary people across the organization over the past 7 years and am confident that I am leaving the Company in good hands.”

Sergio Restagno will succeed Ms. Stasiuk on April 1, 2024.  Mr. Restagno joined Belterra Corporation (now Viacore Canada) in 2014 as a Regional Vice-President, becoming Sr. Vice President of Canadian Operations in 2018 and then COO for Canada in April 2021.

Mr. Restagno is a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of technical, operations and business development experience in the manufacturing and industrial supply and service sectors and has been instrumental in helping the Viacore team expand and diversify its business.

Mr. Restagno has also been very active with NIBA - The Belting Association, as a member of the Edu Tech committee, as a director, and now incoming Executive for the organization.
