ICZ 1600/2100 E-LCA Slitter Rewinder

The ICZ Series is purpose-built for high-torque applications involving a broad range of technical materials such as solid woven cotton, nylon-core belting, technical foams, nonwovens, and conveyor belting substrates like polyurethane, PVC, nitrile, RMV, and more.

Its centerpiece is the longitudinal cutting unit, which uses 160 mm circular knives to achieve clean, accurate cuts into replaceable plastic sleeves, ensuring durability and simplified maintenance. 

The upper shaft features an adjustable support system to prevent bending, while the lower shaft is centrally reinforced for added stability. Both shafts are independently motorized, allowing for fine-tuned speed control directly from the operator panel. The system accommodates materials up to 30 mm (1.18”) thick and 1,702 mm (67”) wide or 2100mm (82”) wide, with a minimum blade spacing of 25 mm (1”), finished diameters up to 1550 mm (60”), and includes 10 knives for efficient throughput.

International Servo Sheeter 

The servo-driven sheeter delivers cut-to-length performance for converting coated rubbers & resonated-fabrics, gum rubber, foam & laminated foams, non-asbestos materials, PTFE, silicone, SBR, PVC, nitrile, polyester, & urethane belting materials, fiberglass & Kevlar fabrics, adhesive tapes & foam tapes, insulation, textiles & non-wovens, and flexible materials in general.

Built with a robust cutting frame and user-friendly HMI controls, the sheeter offers flexible programming and integrates easily with stacking conveyors or collection tables for
downstream efficiency. It’s equally suited to both short production runs and continuous batch processing, maintaining tight tolerances and reducing material waste.
