Belt Concepts has invested in a new embossing roller with a redesigned rough top pattern. The new pattern code is R3 and is recommended for incline, decline and applications where a high grip surface is required for more efficient product handling. This new pattern complements the existing R and R2 rough top cover profiles which feature a deeper more aggressive structure. Available immediately in any construction, including non-woven, interwoven and plied up to 84 “ (2150 mm) wide. In addition, we have on order an additional embossing roller featuring a lattice top or basket weave pattern, this should be available by the end of the year.
