   -Understanding the Finger Splice Process for HW Belting

Hands-On Sessions:
   -Finger Splicing of HW Belting
   -Vulcanizer Set-Up and Operation for Finger Splice



Day 3:

Classroom Sessions:
   -Mechanical Fastener Selection and Installation
   -Mechanical Splices vs. Vulcanized Splice Discussion
   -Mechanical Splice Troubleshooting

Hands-On Sessions:
   -Mechanical Fastener Tooling
   -Squaring and Skiving Techniques
   -Installation and Bolt and Rivet-Style Fasteners

Classroom Sessions:
   -Test Vulcanized Splices Made in Class
   -Participant Evaluation of Class and Instructors
   -Participant Test for Class Content

This educational program combines practical classroom session with hands-on training to enhance splicing skill level and to increase the knowledge of standard splicing and fastening procedures.
