2025 Convention Hotel Waitlist

We are looking forward to welcoming you to Dallas! The room block at the headquarter hotel, the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, is filling fast.

NIBA is working with the hotel to add more rooms to our hotel block – particularly on the night of Tuesday, September 9. We ask that you please make your reservation at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center using this booking link beginning on Wednesday, September 10 and fill in the form below with your details including your confirmation number and your preferred check-in date. If rooms become available on September 9, we will work with the hotel to adjust your reservation.

In the meantime, we have an Overflow Hotel nearby (5 min drive). The Springhill Suites by Marriott DFW North Grapevine has rooms available on Tuesday, September 9.
