NIBA 2026 Manufacturer Hospitality Hub Request

Please complete this form to confirm your interest in the Hospitality Hub or Private Hospitality Suite:

Manufacturer Hospitality Hub Happy Hour (Thursday, 9/3/2026 at 5:30 - 7:00 pm): There are 5 private Happy Hour suites available (Larger this year - ranging between ~1,700-2,400 sq ft). These private meeting rooms will have a shared foyer space. Each company hosting a Hub Happy Hour will invest $6,000 for their private suite space with their own bar and bartender (including the cost of alcoholic and non-alsoholic drinks). The only additional cost is if a company in the hub wants to offer a signature cocktail, food, entertainment, or décor within their designated space. NIBA staff are available to help tailor your Hub setup to meet your goals. 

Private Manufacturer Hospitality Suite (Thursday, 9/3/2026 at 7:00 - 11:00 pm): Private meeting rooms for manufacturers that prefer a more exclusive space and to select their own food and beverage. Companies may select the suite space of their choice. NIBA will provide the room and help facilitate further direct communication with hotel team on event details.

The Hospitality Hub at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina will be in Marriott Grand Ballroom 10-13 and Rancho Santa Fe rooms. These breakout rooms are located on the Lobby Level of the North Tower. Please select your preferred location from the options below. Meeting space is assigned based on date of purchase.

Marriott Grand Ballroom 11 - 1,950 sq ft - ~240 ppl

RESERVED - Rancho Santa Fe (water view) - 2,426 sq ft - 260 ppl

Company agrees to pay $6,000 Hospitality Hub opportunity.

NIBA to provide:

- Meeting room at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina
- Reception setup, bar, and bartender.
- Alcohol (hosted signature brands) and non-alcoholic beverages.

COMPANY to provide:

- Company responsible for any additional food & beverage (order directly from hotel)
- Company responsible for any upgrades or additions to meeting room furniture above basic set up.
- Company responsible for any audio/visual needs (order directly from hotel)

- Company responsible for all food & beverage (order directly from hotel)
- Company responsible for meeting room setup instructions (furniture and decor) 

- Company responsible for any audio/visual needs (order directly from hotel)
