Track, Train, Troubleshoot - Ever wonder when observing conveyor operation if you know about all that you're seeing? Track, Train and Troubleshoot will expand your vision. Attendees will participate in an interactive classroom session detailing industry standard on belt conveyor operation. Empowered with this knowledge, the class will engage in real world observation at a host aggregate facility and record observations which otherwise may go unnoticed. The end result is knowledge focused on solutions geared to maximize belt life. Whether you are new or seasoned in the industry, NIBA facilitators, with over 75 years of combined experience, will interact with participants to assure understanding of the topics covered. Vulcanized & Mechanical Heavyweight Splice School - Do you have sales or belt shop personnel in need of maximizing their conveyor belt splicing knowledge? Are you a conveyor operator who wants to optimize conveyor belt splicing? NIBA has the solution for you with this splice training seminar. Over three days, participants will be empowered to make the correct splicing choice as well as gain valuable installation knowledge through this hands-on, interactive seminar. Sales personnel will gain equity with their accounts. Belt shop technicians will gain value with their service. And operators will prolong belt life and minimize maintenance concerns.

Time

  • Mon. May 18th - Track, Train Troubleshoot from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 
  • Tues. May 19th - Track, Train Troubleshoot from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 
  • Wed. May 20th - Vulcanized & Mechanical Heavyweight Splice School 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
  • Thurs. May 21st - Vulcanized & Mechanical Heavyweight Splice School 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
  • Fri. May 22nd - Vulcanized & Mechanical Heavyweight Splice School 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 

* Sometimes preparation of the vulcanized splices can take longer than expected. Please plan for an evening flight on Friday to allow time for the course to potentially go up until 5:00 pm on Friday.

Pricing

Course enrollment is limited to 30 registrants.

Fee includes admission to the entire seminar, handouts and materials, refreshment breaks and lunch each day. Transportation provided from hotel to training facility and back each day.

Transportation: Transportation to and from the training facility will be provided.  Attendees are required to use transportation in order to honor host facility policies and procedures.

Cancellation Policy: A $100 cancellation fee is in effect prior to May 4, 2026. After that date, refunds cannot be guaranteed.
